Clint is a technology research and development specialist consulting for Ion Power Group, an international collaboration of science, technology, PhDs and business professionals focused on reducing human suffering through the generation of clean affordable electricity and hydrogen gas on Earth… and Mars.

Clint’s advancements in nanotechnology research are the technical foundation for the groundbreaking clean energy generation technique known as Ion Harvesting Technology recognized by NASA and appearing in FORBES and earning patent approvals in 33 countries.

Ion Harvesting Technology, developed by Clint for Ion Power Group, was selected as NASA iTech’s TOP-25 MOST PROMISING TECHNOLOGIES.

Ion Harvesting Technology appeared in FORBES as an elegant way of producing electricity for Mars colonies.

November 2019, McCowen received written congratulations from NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) for NASA’s successful evaluation of a Phase1 Step A proposal for installing electrical power plant(s) on Mars based on McCowen’s Ion Harvesting breakthrough.
